A rechargeable power supply, a battery device, a contactless charging system and a method thereof are provided to remove interference between a power signal transmitted between first and second charge units and a communication signal transmitted between wireless transmitting and receiving modules. A rechargeable power supply is contactlessly coupled with a battery device(200) having a secondary coil(210), a wireless transmitting module(220,256), a charge control circuit, and a rechargeable battery(262). The rechargeable power supply includes a primary coil(110), a wireless receiving module(120,156), and a primary coil driving unit. The primary coil induces charge power to the secondary coil of the battery device. The wireless receiving module receives charge state information from the wireless transmitting module. The primary coil driving unit drives the primary coil so that a power signal between the primary and secondary coils and a communication signal between the wireless transmitting and receiving modules are not overlapped with each other in the aspect of time.
