PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required until the driving stop of an industrial robot while attaining reduction of wiring. SOLUTION: A safety terminal 16 has an input terminal 21A and an output terminal 21B to be in terminal connection with a PLC circuit 15 carrying out driving control of the industrial robot 11 in response to the safety signal input of a multiple optical axis photoelectric sensor 13 and to be in terminal connection with a safety circuit 14 carrying out driving control of a safety relay circuit 24 intercepting power supply to the industrial robot in response to the safety signal input. The safety terminal 16 has a control circuit interface 23 taking charge of an interface with the PLC circuit through the input terminal and output terminal and inputting safety signals through the input terminal, and a safety circuit interface 22 taking charge of an interface with the safety circuit through the input terminal and output terminal and inputting safety signals through the input terminal. The control circuit interface is configured to notify the PLC circuit of the safety signal through the output terminal when inputting the safety signal through the input terminal.
