PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up a feeble light pick-up image with satisfactory operability. SOLUTION: This feeble light imaging device includes a culture chamber for storing a culturing sample container under a culturing environment, a lid body arranged in an upper side thereof to lid-close the culture chamber in a substantially complete light shielding condition, and an imaging optical system arranged in an under side of the culture chamber, and a plurality of operation parts is arranged in a front face side of a storage part for storing at least one part of the imaging optical system, so as to regulate a position of a biological sample with respect to the imaging optical system.
