PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein defects of a test object in a complex form cannot be detected accurately. SOLUTION: A radiographic testing method comprises irradiating the test object with radiation; acquiring a transmitted radiation image, corresponding to the intensity of radiation transmitted through the test object; obtaining compensated image data for applying offset, such that the transmitted radiation has a prescribed value of intensity, when a reference test object is photographed; and determining whether defects are contained in the test object, based on the result of compensating the transmitted radiation image by using the compensated image data.
