PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrometer capable of bringing a casing into contact with an object to be detected at a fixed angle. SOLUTION: The casing of the vibrometer is formed of a main body 1 and a cap 3 fixed at the rear end of the main body 1. A detection needle 4 is energized by a coil spring 13 so that the tip of the detection needle 4 to be pressed to the object to be detected is protruded from the main body 1, and when the tip of the detection needle 4 is pressed to be pushed into an opening end 14 of the main body 1, the coil spring 13 is compressed by a fixed quantity. A vibration sensing element 5, which is formed of a piezoelectric element 8 converting mechanical vibration transmitted from the object to be detected through the detection needle 4 into an electric signal, is fixed at the rear end of the detection needle 4. When a means 15 emitting check light is attached to the cap 3, the means 15 emitting check light is arranged inside the casing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
