A paper box for packaging having a fully opened cover is provided to allow fully opening of the box cover by using two fixing plates and a working plate to facilitate identification of contents in the box. A paper box for packaging having a fully opened cover comprises: a storage box(110) made of a thick corrugated cardboard or a hard inner paper covered with a soft outer paper; covers(120a,120b) having two fixing plates(122) fixed on the inside of the storage box and a working plate(124) which is elevated by relaxing force and assists opening of the cover; and an interior material(130).
