A double magnification ratio lens and a camera for a low luminance object are provided to take an image at a magnification ratio of two by coupling a second lens system with a first lens system. A first lens system(100) has an F number of one and a magnification ratio of one. The first lens system includes a first bi-convex lens(101), a first meniscus lens(102), a first bi-concave lens(103), a second meniscus lens(104), a third meniscus lens(105), a second bi-convex lens, a third bi-convex lens(107), a fourth bi-convex lens(108), a fifth bi-convex lens(109), and a second bi-concave lens(110), which are sequentially arranged from an object side. The first lens system is contained in housing. A diaphragm(400) for adjusting a light intensity is arranged between the second and third meniscus lenses. The light emitted from the second bi-concave lens is captured by an image sensor(300).
