THE AIR VALVE OF TIRE MOLD AND THE AIR VENT SYSTEM OF TIRE MOLD USING IT

An air valve of a tire vulcanizing mold and an air vent system of the tire vulcanizing mold using the air valve are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost while preventing malfunction of the air valve by modifying the structure of the air valve. An air valve(20) of a tire vulcanizing mold(10) is inserted into a perforation hole(12) of the tire vulcanizing mold. The air valve is supported by a stopper(13). The air valve is formed at an outer surface thereof with a vent section(25). The vent section is formed by cutting a portion of the outer surface of the air valve in the longitudinal direction, so that a fine gap(30) is formed between the perforation hole and the outer surface of the air valve. A plurality of vent grooves(26) are formed at the bottom of the air valve. The fine gap has a size of 0.03 to 0.05 mm in maximum.
