PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method by three-dimensional CAD and the three-dimensional CAD system with high response and operability by integrating a plurality of components by attribute to reduce data amount. SOLUTION: The inspection method by the three-dimensional CAD system is executed by the three-dimensional CAD system provided with: an input part 16 which accepts input of one or a plurality of attributes preliminarily provided to components arranged on a substrate; a component extraction part 30 which recognizes the attributes preliminarily provided to the components to extract the components applicable to one or the plurality of attributes input by the input part 16; a component integration part 31 which integrates the components extracted by the component extraction part 30; an integrated component storage part 34 which stores the components extracted by the component integration part 31; and an inspection part 32 which performs an inspection using the integrated components stored in the integrated component storage part 34.
