PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure strength of a vehicle rear and facilitate lightening of the weight. SOLUTION: A frame structure has a rear roof rail 1 extending in a vehicle width direction at a rear end part of a vehicle roof, side roof rails 2 extending in a longitudinal direction at vehicle width edges of the roof and rear pillars 3 extending in a vehicle vertical direction at a vehicle rear end part, wherein the roof rails and the rear pillars are separated and a vertical wall 3b is provided on the separated rear pillars and is integrally continue to vertical walls 1b provided on the rear roof rail to face in a vehicle longitudinal direction. Load from a side at an upper corner part of the vehicle rear can be born by a longitudinal shear plane of the continuing vertical wall, rigidity of the upper corner part of the vehicle rear part can be raised without providing a reinforcement member such as a stiffener and high rigidity can be ensured in the frame structure of the vehicle rear part without increase of the weight.
