PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time for optimizing operating conditions, in a two-stage type injection molding machine equipped with a turntable, by eliminating a useless trial shot for ensuring quality of a molded article by the trial shot through change of operating conditions. SOLUTION: In the injection molding machine, two first molds are loaded on a turntable at 180°apart and, by the intermittent rotation of the turntable by 180°each, one of the first molds is positioned on a mold opening/closing-injection stage, with the other of the first molds positioned on an ejection stage. After the 180°rotation of the turntable, projection of the molded article from the first mold is performed in the ejection stage while, in the mold opening/closing-injection stage, movement is stopped to wait for a command of starting manual operation by an operator, which is a product confirming mode provided by the machine.
