A system and a method for selecting advertisement according to a customer valuation, an advertisement managing server and a recording medium are provided to create advertisement directly manufactured by a user, store and register advertisement to advertisement database. An advertisement managing server(110) stores advertisement moving pictures which is uploaded in database. The rank of the advertisement movies is set up as the net in which the evaluation score about the advertisement movies is high. The advertisement candidate which is the advertisement moving picture in which rank is the highest is read out from database. The message questioning the advertisement purchase is transmitted to an advertiser computer(140). The advertisement candidate is added to the advertisement predetermine list if the purchase message and payment information about the advertisement candidate are received from the advertiser computer. |
