GOVERNMENT PUBLIC IMPOSTS RECEIPT CONTROL SYSTEM HOW TO USE AN INTERLOCKING COMPUTER TERMINAL AND A STRAY BULLET CARD

A government public imposts receipt control system using an interlocking computer terminal and a stray bullet card is provided to enable a user to pay public charges with a prepaid transportation card by configuring a terminal interworking with a PC to perform payment and charging. A terminal(10) includes: a USB(Universal Serial Interface) connector(11) which provides an interface for interworking with a PC(20) at a receiving office; a serial port for connecting to another external device; and a control board which controls internal devices. A terminal comprises: an RFID reader(12) for interworking with an RFID card; a digital card reader(13) for interworking with a contact type card; an electronic money charging security module(15); and a payment security module(18); a security module(16) for calculation and authentication; and a printer(17).
