A fine air bubble generator is provided, which makes the air bubble mixed in the cleaning water and come out at the pressure. A fine air bubble generator comprises: a motor generating the power; a pump which is driven by the driving force of the motor and raises the water; a multifunctional water pail communicating with the pump-outlet; an outside water pail communicating with the multifunctional water pail; a pumping drainage hole formed at the lower part of the pump head; and a water supply solenoid valve connected to the pumping drainage hole.
