<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically generating a written report, capable of forming a written report for accounting with an operation load smaller than in the past while confirming the accuracy thereof with an operation load smaller than in the past. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises a basic data receiving step in which a survey slip generation device 60 having communication function receives, from a server and/or a terminal device, basic data describing each item associated with coding information with items necessary for the written report for accounting and a numerical value corresponding to each item; a numerical value extraction step in which numerical values of items necessary for generation of the written report is extracted from the basic data based on the coding information; a tabulation step of tabulating the extracted numerical values for each item; a written report generation step of inputting the tabulated numerical value to a preliminarily regulated position of a written report format for each item based on the coding information to generate the written report; and a reference information display step of displaying reference information for confirming the accuracy for each item of the written report. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
