SOLUTION: An MPU 11 of an HDD recorder has a batch video recording acceptance part 113 which accepts batch video recording reservation which is an operation input for the batch video recording reservation of a program corresponding to a program recorded within a preset prescribed period based on an operation input accepted via a remote controller 3, a title extraction part 114 which extracts recorded title information which is the program title information of a program recorded within a prescribed period among video information stored in a video storage part 191 from the video storage part 191 when batch video recording reservation is accepted, a program determination part 116 which determines whether or not the program title information identical to the recorded title information is included in the electronic program schedule, and a video recording reservation part 117 which reserves the video recording of a program corresponding to the program title information when it is determined that program title information coinciding with recorded title information included therein.
