The processor (218) is configured to permit a plurality of users to purchase a media title from the emerging artists, record sales data associated with the media titles, generate a playlist of selected media titles in response to parameters associated with the media titles and selected by a media distribution center (130), wherein at least one of the parameters is related to a the sales data, and transmit data associated with the selected media titles to the interface (212).
