The present invention relates to a height-adjustable stand including: a pair of leg units with a guide hole in one side in a longitudinal direction; a supporter unit having guide holes corresponding to the guide holes of the pair of the leg units and supporting members in both lateral surfaces; supports having a first support with one end connected and installed in the guide holes of the pair of the leg units and the other end fixated to the supporter unit, a second support formed into a form in an X shape with the first support and having one end connected and installed in the pair of the leg units and the other end connected and installed in the guide holes of the supporter unit, and additionally a connection shaft connecting the first and second support; rod members connected and installed in one end of the second support, covering the supporting member of the supporter unit, and installed to slide; and fixating units formed in one side of the rod member and formed to fixate and release the rod members after adjusting the height according to the operation of the supporters. According to this, the present invention provides a structure capable of adjusting the height of the stand by simply pressing the stand with a user′s hand, thereby enabling the user to use a desk, a monitor, a laptop, and the like after adjusting the height of the object. In addition, the user is capable of precisely adjusting the height of the stand according to a height of the user such as a worker, a student, and the like, thereby efficiently working and studying. At the same time, an effect of preventing scoliosis by enabling the user to relax the tension on a waist is obtained. |
