The present invention relates to a system for filming accidents and incidents in real time, comprising: a wearable glasses including a camera that is capable of recording a video in real time and Bluetooth communications and can be connected via near-field communications; a terminal that is connected to the wearable glasses including the camera via Bluetooth communications to remotely control the video; auxiliary database servers that are capable of storing the real-time video received from the terminal; and a national police agency database server that stores videos from each of the auxiliary database servers. The system for filming accidents and incidents in real time according to the present invention can immediately report the condition of a scene where there is a policeman wearing the wearable glasses including the camera by including the above-mentioned features. Thus, the system enables the policeman to cope with a dangerous situation together with other policemen when an incident occurs. In addition, the system makes a database with conditions of accident and incident fields, stores and keeps the same in the database, to enable policemen to learn beforehand methods of preventing and coping with similar crimes, thereby contributing to prevention and minimization of damage. It is possible to systematically accumulate information on accidents and incidents and to contribute to enhancement of police force by using the database. Furthermore, it is possible to restore trust in the police regarding the excessive use of force, to prevent a fraudulent act such as giving false witness, and to make it easy to analyze a case objectively and accurately. |
