The present invention relates to heat sink device having a dual-heat radiation fin. In the heat sink device of the present invention, a fixing protrusion (12) is formed to extend in a length direction on one surface of a base (10). A fin insertion portion (14) is formed between the fixing protrusions (12). A dual-heat radiation fin (20) is installed in the fin insertion portion (14) by the fixing protrusion (12). In the dual-heat radiation fin (20), a first fin portion (22) and a second fin portion (22′) are formed to face each other at a predetermined interval, and first and second fixing portions (26,26′) are provided at one end portion of each of the first fin portion (22) and the second fin portion (22′) and fixed to the fin insertion portion (14). The dual-heat radiation fin (20) is fixed to the base (10) by the first and second fixing portions (26,26′) and a free end portion thereof on the opposite side is fixed to an inner surface of a guide (30) forming a flow channel (32) in cooperation with the base (10). A space forming portion (23) provided to be adjacent to the free end portion of the dual-heat radiation fin (20) is tightly attached to the inner surface of the guide (30). A liner (34) is formed on the inner surface of the guide (30) to set a position of the free end portion of the dual-heat radiation fin (20). The present invention is useful for manufacturing a heat sink device having a size equal to or greater than a predetermined size, and heat transmission efficiency is relatively increased by the dual-heat radiation fin (20) and the free end portion of the dual-heat radiation fin (20) is easily fixed. |
