In case a large quantity of light is received, provided is a photoelectric conversion device which prevents a reset time from being prolonged. The photoelectric conversion device comprises: a photo diode flowing a photocurrent in accordance with the quantity of incident light; a reset circuit charging a parasitic capacitor of the photo diode with a reset voltage; a voltage limit circuit which prevents a voltage of the parasitic capacitor of the photo diode from being lower than a fixed voltage; and an output circuit outputting the voltage of the parasitic capacitor of the photo diode.
