PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an alarm indicating that the temperature of a subject has changed suddenly.SOLUTION: A temperature alarm generation device 30 comprises: as thermal image acquisition unit 30a for acquiring a thermal image from a thermo-camera 17 that photographs a thermal image radiated from a subject; an area division unit 30e for dividing the thermal image into a plurality of areas and generating area heat information for each divided area; an index value calculation unit 30f for calculating an index value representing a heat movement state pertaining to the subject on the basis of each area heat information; a temperature change rate calculation unit 30i for a temperature change rate of the subject on the basis of index values calculated by the index value calculation unit 30f differing in calculated time of day; and a change determination unit 33m for generating, when the temperature change rate exceeds a reference value, an alarm indicating that the temperature of the subject has changed suddenly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
