A stirring device (7) adopted in a sludge drying device (1), the stirring device (7) comprising a rotating shaft (701), wherein two ends of the rotating shaft (701) are respectively and rotatably provided in shaft holes on walls at two sides of a drying chamber of the sludge drying device (1); a plurality of stirring assemblies (702) are fixedly installed on the rotating shaft (701) at predetermined intervals, and rotate with the rotating shaft (701); each stirring assembly (702) of the plurality of stirring assemblies (702) has a blade or a ratchet (703) extending outward in a radial direction from an axis of the rotating shaft (701); and the blades or the ratchets (703) corresponding to every two adjacent stirring assemblies (702) of the plurality of stirring assemblies (702) are spaced apart from each other by an angle α in a circumferential direction of a rotation of the rotating shaft. Also provided is a sludge drying device (1) using the stirring device (7). |
