PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management device and a program for calculating freshness of information for each item of customer information and allowing a state of the information to be objectively grasped.SOLUTION: An information management device includes: a management control unit which manages customer information and a content of a concerned item in association with registration date of the item on the customer information; a setting unit which sets freshness level corresponding to the concerned item; and a freshness calculation unit which calculates and outputs freshness of the concerned item according to the registration date of the concerned item and the set freshness level of the concerned item.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
