PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus or the like, configured to start state monitoring of the information processing apparatus earlier, and to eliminate the restriction on control due to an OS.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 1 includes: a first management section 10 that operates in an environment of a first OS having a shorter start-up time than a second OS; a second management section 20 that operates in an environment of a second OS which can execute more complicated processing than the first OS; a detection section 30 which provides management information, which is information on a state of the information processing apparatus 1, in response to a request from the first management section 10; and a recording section 40 in which range information including a range of normal management information is recorded in advance. The first management section 10 compares the range information recorded in the recording section 40 with the management information provided by the detection section 30, to record a log including the management information which has been determined to be abnormal, in the recording section 40. The second management section 20 executes processing determined for each event represented by the log, on the basis of the log recorded in the recording section 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
