PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate and simulate operation procedures for a computer to evaluate the automated operation procedures.SOLUTION: An operation procedure evaluation device comprises: a procedure extraction unit 3 which refers to a work instruction flow 10 in which a work instruction for a computer is designated by a processing order and a processing type, and an assumed operation template 12 by which an operation instruction is designated for each processing unit of the processing type, so as to generate extraction procedure information 13 which is an operation instruction corresponding to the work instruction; a procedure verification unit 6 which sequentially performs test execution of the operation instruction based on the extraction procedure information and stores data on whether the execution result for each processing unit indicates normal end or not; and a procedure adequacy determination unit 5 which determines evaluation that the extraction procedure information 13 is adequate if the execution result for each processing unit executed last among the execution results for each processing unit of the processing type indicates normal end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
