PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide type fuel battery that can efficiently perform heat-exchange by a heat-exchange part formed in the neighborhood of the top surface of a module case while miniaturizing the fuel battery device.SOLUTION: A cell burner type solid oxide type fuel battery device 1 includes: an exhaust port 111 formed in the top plate 8a of a module case 8; an exhaust passage 172 formed to extend along the lower surface of the top plate 8a; and an air passage 161a formed to extend along the upper surface of the top plate 8a. The exhaust port 111 is provided to the center portion of the module case 8 in top view. Exhaust gas entrances 172a are formed in the exhaust passage 172 so as to extend along the respective end sides of one end side and the other end side of the module case 8, and a pair of heat-exchange distance extension members 176 are arranged in the exhaust passage 172 so as to sandwich the exhaust port 111 therebetween, whereby impinging exhaust gas is bypassed and made to flow into the exhaust port 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17 |
