PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flutter limit occurring in wings of an air craft and expand a flight speed range.SOLUTION: A flutter control device has front control wings (22f) and rear control wings (22r) which are disposed at wing tip parts of wings (14) which move in a fluid and receive relative wind. Each front control wing (22f) is attached to the front side (an upstream direction of a mainstream) of a front end (EL) of the wing tip part. Each rear control wing (22r) is attached to the rear side (a downstream direction of the mainstream) of a rear end (ET) of the wing tip part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
