The present invention relates to a method for extracting aromatic components from trees in warm temperate forest at an optimum yield, and to trees in warm temperate forest extract produced thereby. To this end, trees in warm temperate forest such as camellia or Eurya japonica is extracted using methanol, and then the filtrate is fractionized with nucleic acid, enabling acquisition of an extract containing a large amount of aromatic components which are eco-friendly and harmless to human body and has excellent aroma at an optimum yield. In addition, by developing local specialities where trees in warm temperate forest are abundantly distributed, it is possible to increase income of local residents and satisfy demand of consumers preferring higher value-added products containing eco-friendly aroma. |
