PURPOSE: An agricultural and fishery product drying system with improved drying efficiency is provided to prevent the degradation of color, component, and taste of agricultural and fishery products. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural and fishery product drying system includes: a washing part(1) with a water tank and a plurality of washing instrument; a cutting part(4) arranged in order to wash the products through a trasnsfer line(3); a first drying part(6); a second drying part(8); and a packaging part(10). The washing part includes a plurality of brush rolls, an air bubble generator and a ultrasonic vibration generator.
