PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor in which cooling of the winding portions can be ensured, while suppressing the flooding of a bearing.SOLUTION: In a brushless motor 10, an insulator 42 covering a stator core 40 is provided with an annular insulation 56 and a tooth insulation 58. A center piece 18 holding a motor shaft 12 and the stator core 40 is provided with a body 62 facing the opening of the rotor housing 26. A first cut-off wall 82 is extended from the annular insulation 56 toward the body 62 in the axial direction of the motor shaft 12, and a second cut-off wall 84 is extended from the body 62 toward the annular insulation 56 in the axial direction of the motor shaft 12. The first cut-off wall 82 and second cut-off wall 84 constitute an inside labyrinth structure 80, and the inside labyrinth structure 80 is located on the radial inside of a plurality of winding portions 60 arranged annularly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
