PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in plants: regulatory elements; DNA constructs comprising the regulatory elements; transgenic plant cells, plants and seeds comprising the regulatory elements operably linked to transcribable polynucleotide molecules; commodity product; and methods of their use.SOLUTION: The present invention provides novel DNA molecules and constructs, including their nucleotide sequences, useful for modulating gene expression in plants and plant cells. Such a DNA molecule comprises a DNA sequence selected from the group consisting of: a) a sequence with at least 85 percent sequence identity to specific sequences; b) a sequence comprising any of the specific sequences; and c) a fragment of any of the specific sequences, the fragment having gene-regulatory activity.
