PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a washing machine in which taking-out properties of clothing and visibility of clothing inside a washing and dewatering tub are improved, without increasing the size of an input port, in a washing machine having an input port for putting in/taking out the clothing at an upper part.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: a body having an upper part laundry inlet/outlet 73; an outer tub 3 suspended oscillatably inside the body, and having a laundry inlet/outlet 72 at the position opposing to the upper part laundry inlet/outlet 73; and an inner tub 4 provided rotatably in the outer tub 3. A front wall 50d of a support member 50 for forming the upper part laundry inlet/outlet 73 is inclined outwardly as it approaches the inner tub 4. Thus, taking-out workability of clothing and visibility of the clothing inside the inner tub 4 can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
