<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel inspection method inspecting a mixing state of an electrode slurry. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection method of the electrode slurry includes a fluorescent material containing process in which a fluorescent material 40 having compatibility to a solvent 36 is made contained in an electrode slurry 30A, a light-emitting process emitting the fluorescent material 40 contained in the electrode slurry 30A by irradiating light on the electrode slurry 30A generated at the fluorescent material containing process, and an inspection process inspecting a mixing state of the electrode slurry based on the light of the fluorescent material 40 which emits light at the light-emitting process.
