The present invention provides a job matching method configured to match a plurality of job seekers to a plurality of jobs. Job matching method includes storing a job database having data related to the plurality of jobs and a job seeker database having data related to the plurality of job seekers in a server, providing a plurality of preferred job lists to the plurality of job seekers respectively, each of the plurality of preferred job lists has a plurality of preferred jobs selected from the job database based on a job selection requirement provided by each of the plurality of job seekers respectively, generating a job seekers list having a plurality of selecting job seekers who have selected one of the plurality of preferred jobs that has been listed in at least one of the plurality of preferred job lists; and providing the job seekers list to an employer of the one of plurality of preferred jobs. Additionally, the present invention provides a job matching system configured to match a plurality of job seekers to a plurality of jobs. |
