In order to provide a power supply device having increased rigidity and reduced weight, a power supply device (100) is provided with: one or more battery stacks in which secondary battery cells are stacked; a circuit board on which a control circuit that is electrically connected with the battery stack is mounted; a battery case (20) that is made from a resin and that accommodates the battery stack and the circuit board (42); a lower frame (35) that is made from metal and that covers the bottom surface of the battery case (20); and an upper frame (34) that is made from metal and that covers the top surface of the battery case (20). The battery case (20) is provided with a waterproof structure. The upper frame (34) and the lower frame (35) are connected and the battery case (20) is sandwiched therebetween.
