PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine high load combustion and low load combustion, to stabilize flame, and to reduce emission of CO.SOLUTION: A burner includes an air-fuel mixture outflow member (back plate 124) including single or a plurality of outflow holes (air-fuel mixture outflow hole 130) for allowing an air-fuel mixture (GA) to flow out, and a metallic fiber knit (metal knit 122) covering the air-fuel mixture outflow member. The air-fuel mixture flowing out from the outflow holes is passed through the metallic fiber knit (metal knit 122) and burned, thus flame of low load (flame 236-2) is produced with flame of high load (flame 236-1), and the flame of high load is stabilized by the flame of low load. |
