PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the smooth rotation operation of a cam member 12a without being disturbed by a contact member 13, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: When a cam member 12a rotation-operated so as to displace a contact member 13 attached in an insulation housing 11 is at "a stand-by position", a cam engaging portion 12a1 provided on the cam member 12a is made to face a cam locking surface 13b6 which is a part of the contact member 13, thereby regulating movement in a slipping-off direction. When the cam member 12a is rotation-operated from the stand-by position toward an acting position, the cam member 12a is moved in a direction separating from the cam locking surface 13b6 which is a part of the contact member, thereby preventing the contact of both members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
