PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for reducing an incorrect detection in object detection.SOLUTION: An incorrect detection reduction device comprises: detection means 101 that detects candidates for a desired object as detection candidates from frame images of an input moving images; grouping means 102 that classifies the detection candidates in the frame images into groups in search for candidates overlapping with each other or located in the vicinity to each other on the basis of their positional relationship; and object determination means 1B that determines output of detection of different times corresponding to the detection candidates classified into groups by the grouping means and determines, from the detection candidates classified into groups, a detection candidate corresponding the determined output of detection of different times, so as to determine if the detection candidate is a desired object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
