PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for assisting an evaluation of a transient state of sensory reweighting.SOLUTION: An index value calculation device 30 includes a fluctuation amount acquisition unit 36 for acquiring a fluctuation amount which is an amount on a fluctuation of a subject's posture, a timing acquisition unit 35 for acquiring a switching timing of a generation condition of a stimulus given to a sensory organ that receives a stimulus on a balance sense of the subject, and an index value calculation unit 37 for calculating an index value on the balance sense of the subject on the basis of a change in a fluctuation amount before and after the switching timing of the generation condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
