PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oven apparatus by which French bread and bread similar to the French bread can be preferably baked and many breads can be baked at one time.SOLUTION: An electric oven 1 comprises: an upper heater 50 and a lower heater 60 for heating inside of a cooking chamber from an upper side and a lower side respectively; a fan 70 in a chamber disposed in a storage chamber communicated with the cooking chamber and convecting air between the cooking chamber and storage chamber; a rear heater 25 disposed in the storage chamber and to which air sent from the fan 70 in a chamber contacts; a steam generator for generating steam supplied to the cooking chamber; an operation part capable of selecting a French bread course and sweet roll course; and a control part 90 for, when the French bread course is selected, operating the upper heater 50 and the lower heater 60 and not operating the fan 70 in a chamber, and when the sweet roll course is selected, operating the rear heater 25 and the fan 70 in a chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
