PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information useful to enterprise activities by utilizing resident attribute information and building statistical information of an area where a customer resides.SOLUTION: An area information holding part 32 stores statistical information on assets possessed by respective residents of a plurality of areas. A building information holding part 34 stores information showing the area of each of a plurality of residences existing in each area. An asset estimation part 42 estimates the total asset amount possessed by residents of a specific area to which the address of a subject to be estimated for an asset amount belongs, and estimates the ratio of the residence area of the subject to be estimated to the total area of residences existing in the specific area. The asset estimation part 42 estimates an asset amount possessed by the subject to be estimated according to the total asset amount and the ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
