In a plastics welding machine with a driven pair of pressure rollers, at least one pressure roller is subdivided into a central roller section, connected to the drive, and two freely rotatable pressure rings, arranged symmetrically with respect to the central section. By this measure, in producing arcuate welds, pinch folds in the region of the weld can be avoided. |
