A conduit connection fitting (1) comprises a core member (2) having an axial bore (3) and two or more spigot portions (4, 5). A sleeve member (6) encases the central part (7) of the core member (2) and is stepped adjacent each spigot portion so as to provide annular rebates (9, 10). A collar (11) is positioned on each rebate and extends around each spigot portion so as to provide annular slots (15). In use the end of a conduit (16) is pushed into an annular slot (15), and the collar (11) is swaged so as to grip the end of the conduit between the collar (11) and the spigot portion. Ribs (17) may be provided on the spigot portions to aid in securing the conduit (16) once swaged. |
