A mount comprising a bearing support (1) and a rest (2), which extend essentially parallel to one another and are supported flexibly one upon the other by a spring body (3), the spring body being composed at least in part of rubber. The bearing support (1) and the rest (2) are provided with pairs of attachments (1.1, 1.2; 2.1, 2.2) which project essentially vertically and can be attached in an overlapping position. The spring body (3) is arranged in the interspaces between the attachments, at a distance from the bearing support (1) and the rest (2), and is elastically deformable in the region of projections (4) which have end faces (5) and are fixed by the end faces (5) to the mutually facing faces of the inserts (1.1, 1.2; 2.1, 2.2). <IMAGE>
