PURPOSE:To obtain a coated material having a coated film superior in shock resistance and mar resistance, by a method wherein a curable sheet comprised by mixing as main components thermoplastic acrylic resin which possesses specific molecular weight and is in a solidified state at the normal temperature, a low-molecular-weight material having a (meth)acryloyl group in a molecule and a photo-setting initiator is stuck to an adhered to which rays are applied. CONSTITUTION:A curable sheet comprised by consisting mainly of thermoplastic acrylic resin which has weight-average molecular weight of 50,000-1,000,000 and is in a solid state at the normal temperature, a low-molecular-weight material having a (meth) acryloyl group into a molecule and a photosetting initiator is stuck to an adhered and the sheet is cured by applying rays to the sheet. The thermoplastic acrylic resin is an acrylic acid ester series polymer and the polymer of the acrylic acid ester, for example, (meth)acrylic acid methyl and (meth)acrylic acid butyl are available as the thermoplastic acrylic resin. For example, methyl (meth)acrylate and ethyl (meth) acrylate are available as the low-molecular-weight material. For example, benzoin alkyl ether and acetophenone are available as the photosetting initiator and 0.05-20 pts.wt. photosetting initiator, preferably within a range of 0.5-10 pts.wt. photosetting initiator are added on the basis of the 100 pts.wt. low-molecular-weight material. |
