PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic composite material having a low dielectric constant and high heat conductivity by incorporating specified amts. of aluminum nitride and a compd. of an alkaline earth metal or a rare earth metal into hexagonal boron nitride ceramics in a dispersed state. CONSTITUTION:This ceramic composite material 1 incorporates 0.1-50wt.% aluminum nitride 3 and 0.01-20wt.% compd. 4 of at least one of alkaline earth metals or rare earth metals in hexagonal boron nitride ceramics 2 in a dispersed state. |
