Removing CCD camera shake - using point by point comparison of image signals from two CCD image reception devices receiving same image information

The image reception devices (200, 300) receive the same image information and employ vertical CCD's (20) arranged with their longitudinal axes perpendicular to one another. The image signals from the two image reception devices are compared point by point. Pref. the image reception devices are coupled to respective inputs of a signal processor (400) for point by point comparison of the image signals to prevent camera shake.
