摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain correct and rapid measurement by setting the quantity of specific bound substance tot he tested substance fixed to the internal wall surface of a measuring container, to such a quantity as to be able to form an aggregated image visually observable after reaction, and to the specific ratio to the volume of a sample to be measured. SOLUTION: A sample to be measured is the blood, serum, plasma, or the like of an animal, and specific bound substance is an antigen in case of tested material being an antibody, and an antibody in case of the tested material being an antigen. the specific bound substance is fixed to the prescribed area S of the internal wall surface of a container storage part of a measuring container, and the ratio v/S of the sample volume (v) to the prescribed area S is to be about 5μL/mm<2> or more. A trace quantity of the tested substance in the sample can therefore be measured with high sensitivity. The material of the measuring container is glass, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, or the like, and the prescribed area S is about 8-2500 mm<2> . The tested substance in the sample can be detected with high sensitivity by fixing the specific bound substance of about 1.8-500 ng/mm<2> in contact. An aggregated image visually observable after the completion of reaction is therefore formed clearly at the bottom face center part of the container.
