PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mailing printed matter to be manufactured inexpensively by using a conventional standard printed matter which can be sent without using an envelope and the like, and can be opened easily despite not only an edge but also the upper and lower sections of the printed matter are all closed. SOLUTION: A printed matter is provided with a printed matter main body 2 at least folded into two and a seal tape 10 for sealing an edge 5 of the printed matter main body 2. Fly sheets 90 and the like are inserted into the booklet type printed matter main body 2. The seal tape 10 is provided with a belt-shaped tape across the front and the back of a cover of the printed matter main body 2 along the edge 5 and an adhesive material for bonding releasably the tape main body with a cover 3. The upper section and the lower section of the seal tape 10 are protruded out of the printed matter main body 2, and sections 14a and 14b facing each other on respective sections are bonded by heating sealing or the like. A mailing classified information section 8a is provided on the seal tape 10.
